What we do
Executive Coaching- Leading self, building capacity to lead
Coaching thriving leaders for 20 years
Our coaching and facilitation approach is grounded in understanding both the internal and external dimensions influencing executive, leader, and team effectiveness. The most effective leaders prioritise exploration of their inner leadership, not just their behaviours and actions. This is an integral aspect of their leadership journey, as it fosters self-awareness, authenticity, and the cultivation of meaningful connections with others. They gain clarity on the necessary alignments in their leadership practices to thrive personally and lead teams in achieving better outcomes. Employing a blend of emotional intelligence (EI), self-awareness through the Inside Out Paradigm©, and the Multipliers® leadership methodology, leaders uncover their untapped leadership capacities, learn how to thrive themselves and Multiply others to reach their business objectives.
Accredited Multipliers coach and facilitator - Leading others, building capability to lead people
Multipliers®- what if you could double your teams intelligence?
We’ve all had experience with two dramatically different types of leaders: The first drains intelligence, energy, and capability from the people around them, we call these leaders Diminishers. The other gets light bulbs to go off over people’s heads; ideas flow and problems get solved, we call these leaders Multipliers. Using the unique and high impact Multipliers® approach leaders learn how to multiply the intelligence of their teams, so they thrive and deliver results that surpass expectations. See here for more information on Multipliers and check out the Multipliers Key Note video in our blog.

The Eleven Blocks To Listening
Thoughts, musings, and stories on thriving leaders
Executive Coach and Facilitator
I am a successful global senior HR executive with multinational and multi sector experience including Ford and Mars in the UK, World Vision International in Singapore and most recently consulting to corporates in New Zealand. Through my extensive functional and business expertise in Human Resources and General Management I has been fortunate to work with a wide range of people, cultures and industries. Strategic and influential, I get my biggest satisfaction from helping senior leadership create thriving workplaces and make effective change with their people. I have a unique insightful approach to getting to the heart of people matters by partnering with C- suites, senior teams and people leaders. I have been an executive coach for 20 years with both large and small organisations across the globe. I currently sit on the executive coaching panels for World Vision International, Vodafone and Air New Zealand. I founded Thriveatwork in 2017 and I am based in Auckland, New Zealand working with clients locally and across the globe.
I have known Judith for over 12 years, first as a colleague and later as a consultant/coach. Judith has a wide-ranging skillset. She is rare in having a background in both operations and HR so she understands the real-world issues faced by managers in regards to their own performance and in managing people. Judith is empathetic and takes the time to learn about context and drivers. As a coach Judith develops strong personal relationships and brings a lovely mix of pragmatism and care.
Lucy Laitinen -CEO, New Zealand
Judith provided 1 on 1 coaching for me for over a year through World Vision's Senior Leadership Development Program. Judith helped to give me a mirror into myself and the stage I was at in my career development. This provided encouragement and a positive challenge in areas where I could continue to grow. She helped me to dig deeper and explore areas in my own leadership where I could take the next steps in my development. Connecting this with practical and tangible tools, such as Multiplier practices, has really helped me to grow as a manger and a leader. I would highly recommend Judith for executive and leadership coaching.
TJ Grant- GM Development, New Zealand
Judith has played a significant role in the growth and success of many leaders, I am fortunate to be one of them. Bruting is the art of polishing diamonds, and Judith has the skills. The character of polishing diamonds (people) to perfection and in my case was surfacing my strength and working with me to understand and become a better leader. She does it with sincere humility, grace, and dignity. I have had several sessions of coaching and mentoring with Judith, and all the sessions left me with deep thinking about my values and building it up to pursue my personal and professional life. Judith is a people person who genuinely cares, and working with her brings the best out of you. Thank you, Judith, for being a great mentor and coach, and continue to gain from your wisdom, care, and reflection.
Deepesh Thakur- Global Director, Nepal
I'm lucky enough to have a mentor and coach with a rare high quality like Judith. After her mentoring, It's lucky to be her peer, and it's a privilege for me not only having a peer but as well mentor and coach, again, something you'll hardly ever have. I love brainstorming with her on organization strategy, business model and operation model, down to discuss about organization development, capability and culture. That is another quality of her, she never hesitate to share her knowledge and supporting others to grow in the team. Judith will be the perfect person you can find if you want to develop your organization and to grow your people.
Mia Marina - Strategy Director, Indonesia
Judith is a fantastic business coach with a wealth of experience and advice stemming from her years working across both corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Her approach is honest, empathetic and informed, leaving you with practical strategies and work-ons to level up your team management and communication skills. I highly recommend booking with Judith if you want to improve your leadership style, to bring out the best in your work relationships and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Kim Smith- GM Strategy, New Zealand
When I needed a coach, the first person I considered was Judith. We had worked together on the World Vision Shared Service Programme. At that time I appreciated her business sense and ability to make things happen. She is a generous coach who asks excellent coaching questions. Questions that helps you face up to your reality. She then supports you through the need to change with wisdom, care and sound practical steps. Thank you, Judith. My life is enriched because you are part of it.
